Sewing Room Tour

Hi friends! I've had a ton of requests for a sewing room tour, so that's what we're doing today! I'm super excited to be able to have this space as I had previously taken over our dining room with sewing stuff.

As most of you know, this room used to be our homeschool room, which is why you can hear tweeting in the background. We recently moved the school room to our basement and after about 2 seconds of it being empty, I claimed the space as my new sewing area!

Alison Smith guides you through four couture hand stitches for garments that require a flawless finish. Want to master couture finishing techniques? Check out the rest of this class --- more common hand sewing stitches --- is a clip from School of Sewing founder Alison Smith's online class, Couture Finishing Techniques. Why take this class? Students rave:

"An absolute treat -- Alison, you are really a master teacher! You instruct with poise & clarity, and I so appreciated how the video stayed close with you throughout each step...no fast-forward editing. It was truly like sitting in a room with you and being taught, with care, patience, and attention to detail. I'm looking forward to your other classes -- time & money well spent!"
